[whitespace] Extra Extra!

Read all about it. The oft-maligned Tequiza offers a new boost for your buck!

By Michael Stabile

I won't say Tequiza is a love-it-or-hate-it product because I know a lot of people who think it's "just OK." I must admit I was wary of a blue agave (read: tequila) flavored beer 'cause it resonated too heavily with 1998's low-grade trend of mixed fruit and liquor, Alize. But, unexpectedly, I liked it. It's crisp and clear with prominent but unobtrusive agave nectar undertones. Still riding the fence? Tequiza now wows us with Tequiza Extra, with added agave nectar. And nectar is good for you, correct? So Tequiza Extra is more like a smoothie than Zima. To your health!
